Am glad to tell everyone reading this post that the hope of the nations (Creatures) is in the church (Sons of God). Either we like it or yes, saviours are designed to arise from Zion. Obviously the church seem to be increasing in number but our effect is not yet pronounced in our immediate society, why?
The Part One is termed: ISSUES WITH THE PREACHERS and Part Two; ISSUES WITH THE MEMBERS.
ISSUES WITH THE PREACHERS:
We cannot but appreciate the labour of some preachers of the gospel whom God has used to sustain the propagation of His word heretofore, may these people be replenished with more grace and may their kinds not be scarce.
But there few categories of preachers I have observed and the rate of their multiplication is so much but they can never raise nation builders in any way. So many are under them for many years but never heard the gospel at all. So unfortunate.
1. The Money Doubler Preachers:
In a nation where people are naturally fraudulent because of systemic corruption; money doubling messages always attract crowds in their thousands. Instead of being in love with God, men are in love with what He can give and as such these preachers spread greediness in the heart of their members at least once in a week.
Under them, a man is doing fine in the Lord when he has enough material appropriation. So, it becomes so hard for their members to maintain integrity in their place of work and business. Terribly enough, they keep encouraging people who are doing nothing to sow into their own abundance and await divine supplies all day long.
Under these set, their seal is only noted in emphasising "Tithes and Offering". Tithes payment is the entrance to the fullness of God and nothing more.
2. The Devil Magnifying Preachers:
There are another set who specialize in instilling fear into the heart of their members. When you join them, you start suspecting even your own mother and all other people around you. Here there is a perpetual and periodical casting of demons from same set of individuals and it is very hard for many there to walk in victory.
While it takes a victorious man to conquer nation; all people do in this category is to fight the devil till the end of their lives....
3. The Christianity Made Easy Preachers:
These are extreme preachers who because of what Christ has done, they feel men should just keep learning high Rhema without taking responsibilities for anything. They tell people deep things that blow the mind and stir the brain, but not how to engage those things.
They raise more of theological intellectuals but lazy citizens who talk much but do little; Appear godly but deny His power; most often they find fault with everything others not in their camp do; very loaded with scriptures but morally zero, they are talented in explaining away everything including the supernatural.
Their strengths is only in argument, criticism and castigations.
4. The king of king priests:
Because they know the scripture say we believers are made kings and priest to our God; they now make themselves king over other kings. They stylishly exerts themselves contrarily to the order of the new testaments.
In the days of old, priest were standing between God and man as intermediary. But Christ has broken that wall of partition between us, that now we all with unveiled faces can now behold Him and be transformed from one level of glory to another.
Interestingly, if a member pay more price in deeper communion with God; he or she will definitely get more insight than the pastor.
The issue here is that in an attempt to make people subject to these king of kings; they deliberately divert the attention of members from their own peculiar callings (that would have changed a sector of the society), just to make those people their own slaves for ever!
The list continues, but to capture the common ones I did this little grouping.
THIS IS MY APPEAL:
With due respect to every minister or ministry leaders under the above categories; please have mercy on the people of God and let go of your ego, build men to build God's kingdom and not your own kingdom.
