Barcelona star Lionel Messi has weighed into the speculation that says Cristiano Ronaldo will quit Real Madrid this summer.
Messi says Ronaldo "will have his reasons" should he choose to leave the European Champions this summer.
Ronaldo has decided to end his affairs with Real Madrid, the information broke in Portugal this morning.
, Messi remarked: "Well, I do not know what he's going through to comment on this issue right now.
"He must obviously have his reasons, they are personal decisions on which I cannot give my opinion not knowing what is happening in his head. I do not know if he will choose to leave or not.
"I cannot say much more," Messi told Mundo Deportivo.
Ronaldo and Messi are currently with their national teams preparing for the World Cup tournament in Russia.
